Buyer left feedback for the transaction that was canceled, so how something she hasn't received can get damaged? Buyer's previous feedback was removed by eBay, because the items were purchased through Global Shipping Program and the damage happened during transit from eBay's distribution center to international destination. We communicated with the buyer and finally had to block her.
