    This is the nicest colour and taste of all the 3 grades of matcha sold in this brand. The least bitter of all, compared to A grade with a very bitter aftertaste and a murky pale green colour. A+ taste ok and colour is dark green but both are better used in cooking. Will not go back to the other 2 grades after using this one for my drinks. Not a premium japanese grown matcha but not bad for a chinese grown matcha.
