      Item arrived a month late. After disputes with eBay and was refunded seller asked to be paid. After reviewing item It is discovered item is not even accurate. Seller not only lies on shipping, then tries to defraud with selling a illegal document. This is a federal offense. Buyers beware. Oh and absolutely zero communication from seller.

      Learn the FARs. Checklists are not governed by any part of the FARs. What does exist applies to ONLY the POH, the SERIAL Number-SPECIFIC manual for that specific airframe. Second, these are CFRs, not USC. There is no federal offense to violate. Third, every checklist on the market contains a disclaimer as does ours. The PILOT is responsible for insuring the checklist used is applicable to their airframe and how it is equipped. Lastly, you promised to pay for it. You backed out on your word.
