    Arrived in excellent condition, in excellent packaging, and l thought it was great. Didnt contain the info l wanted, but thats just unlucky for me. Havent come across this series of books before but l was impressed, so then looked up an earlier volume, and thats not available, so obviously other people share my opinion.

    DEFINITIVE GUIDE FOR MODELLERS & HISTORIANS

    This book is comprehensive in terms of the aircrafts service and development and concentrates on the key aspects, providing a wealth of detailed photos and colour plates plus scale plans. Not quite as good as the similar book on the F4U Corsair, which is quite the last word, but non the less an extremely valuable guide for modellers and all those with an interest in this type. Well worth the price and an invaluable addition to any library of WW2 military aircraft so I cannot recommend it highly enough.

    An Essential F6F read!

    Great book for scale modelers and a good overall history of the aircraft. I recommend as an important part of your WWII aircraft library and reference for those extra details for your F6F project.
