Great seller and prompt service. BUT, OMG the packaging….the layers and layers, the tape, the bubble wrap, then more layers . I thought I had a Cartier diamond delivered. I had to take a morning off work to open the wretched thing. A polite word for the seller, save yourself some time and money in future and use a Jiffy bag .

Dear Sir, Unfortunately while sending CD cases by Jiffy bags the cases are breaking upon receipt. We have had to send replacement cases in quite a few cases. We know it is excessive layering but we only do it for CD's so the customer gets the order in one piece. Apologies for extra work to unwrap the order but hope you understand. Thanks.
