The item arrived in new condition, as described. Fixture is much larger than expected and lights have three settings - way too bright, too bright and acceptable. Unfortunately, you must cycle through each of the too bright settings to get to the acceptable one every time you want to use it. Fan works well and is very quiet but we won't bother using the light. Will hire an electrician to install can lights. Must use a remote (included).
