The poly gel doesn’t really dry fully even when it’s a thin layer for two rounds on the longest setting and with a top coat (it still feels a little sticky) so having the gel polish helps cover that. I don’t know if it’s because the polygel is cheaply made or whether it’s the lamp but the gel polish seems fine so I think it’s the poly gel stuff. Otherwise a good deal though.
