      One takes this type of product due to ones belief in certain health benefits that it may provide over a period of continuous use. I've not used them sufficiently long enough to make any valid recommendations. I bought it because I believed it to be a good value and quality. Time will tell.

      Use it like this, you'll be Amazed!

      I don't use this for slow stream (saw palmetto and pumpkin seed oil take care of that just fine). This product is for increased semen output. Yes, IT REALLY WORKS, but NOT by taking one per day. it also increases orgasm intensity when used as follows... (I have my theories). Here is the best protocol I have tried: -take two tabs at a time -CHEW them, wash 'em down with water (a little waxy, not bad) -Take two tabs the night before, two the morning of, then two more about 3 hours prior to a romantic interlude. Your partner will be amazed. Promise! Then, when you're not expecting activity, take one a day.

      Keeps Muscles Hard

      Prior to my purchase, I'd never even heard of Swedish Flower Pollen. However, upon learning that it doesn't lower DHT--responsible for hard muscles and erections--like Saw Palmetto I immediately decided to try it, and I must say, it lives up to the hype. This will be my go to supplement from now on for prostate health.

      Trying to debunk this myth. So far it seems good.

      I heard this was wonderful for prostate symptoms. This will be the tenth day I have taken these, and I am taking 3 per day. It seems like I am less frequent and more volume, but I have had times that seemed too little and takes too long to empty. HOWEVER, I do think my average urination is better, since I've started taking these, but I'm not totally convinced yet. I received an email saying reviews help others make their decision, so right now, I say join me, try it, and be sure to review your experience too. I will come back and add later, and by March the 24th I will know if I am going to buy more or not.
