I LOVE TERMINATOR!!!!
This is straight up my favorite movie. I can't get enough of the relationships in this, between Sarah and John and especially John and the machine. The extended edition on this (which can be unlocked with a code - you can google it) is SO worth it, it just had a whole bunch more character development gorgeous plot details, it really brought out so many strengths in the writing that weren't obvious in the normal version. 10/10 would recommend, have watched about 84578402431 times.This is straight up my favorite movie. The version to get.
The only reason I bought this, for the 2nd time, is because the 4K release was so lacking in the extra extended versions. This was has the alternate endings and different versions that the 4K release should have had. So, I just bought it again.

"Good Sci-Fi Sequel!"
Arnold Schwarzenegger, Linda Hamilton, Edward Furlong and Robert Patrick star in James Cameron's 1991 sci-fi sequel. A future cyborg is sent to protect a woman and her son from a liquid-metal assassin. I have the ultimate edition dvd of this good sequel, but decided to upgrade to this. I was concerned about how grainy the picture was going to be before buying it and reading reviews. There is some, but most of the film looks nice & clear, sound is great plus there's neat interactive extras. It's definitely a step up from the dvd and probably the best version of the film so far considering it's over 20 years old. An interesting reason for purchase . . .
I already own the extended collector's edition of this DVD. The reason that I bought it for Blu-ray isn't just because of the fact that I recently bought a Blu-ray player. An unknown factoid about Terminator 2 is that the movie contains the entire spectrum of THX certified sound. That doesn't mean that you'll notice any sound differences, but every sound is somewhat unique and crisp. One item to note: this feature is only available on the extended collectors version due to some scenes being left out in the theatrical version. And overall, the movie is pretty great for its time. The fighting and effects are interesting, and the story is well worth the money. By far my favorite Terminator and from when I was watching this show on a 45 inch old box tv to now its just amazing too see what technology has to offer. Let’s just make sure Judgment day actually doesn’t happen with all this fancy tech that we’re constantly creating.
