My first opinion of this transaction, was negative, because I received the package with the outer bubble wrap damaged and the box with the keyboard had part of the corner chopped off, I contacted the seller, who asked me to try it out and see if it’s working. The item didn’t have a mark on it and it looked like new, it’s obviously working because I’m using it right now. Thanks, you just never know what kind of service you will get from the package handlers.

    Expensive but good

    All Apple products are expensive but if you want what they offer I guess you have to pay. iMac 27 is a great computer just wish Apple would upgrade the hard with ease. Other that the price and difficulty of changing the hard drive it’s wonderful.

    My iMac Purchase

    Actually, I had a few problems at first. The mouse and key board was not paired so I had to go out and buy a set just to get pass the "iMac Intro". Shortly after I paired them the mouse started to disconnect every 3-5 mins. then re-connect again. Oh, and for some reason when I place my finger on the mouse (sometimes) the cursor begins to over-react as if someone else is controlling it. Other than that, it is a pretty good computer!

    Fantastic Powerful system for Office or Home

    I have had a handful of iMac 27" over the years. This one is by far my favorite. The fusion drives are simply amazing. Day to day tasks are so much faster and I find myself being more efficient than on previous laptops or desktops I've owned. The reason I bought this system is my nephew works at a design company and they use this exact model for working on high end designs. Good enough for me! I was able to upgrade the memory. Mine came with 8gb and I upgraded to 16gb for about $100. Easy to do, but did take some research and some videos on youtube to help guide me through the steps. The memory upgrade is worth it. That and the fusion drive are the best aspects of my iMac (internally). It has a small profile and the screen is amazing are the best aspects externally. Lastly, the upgrades ...

    Great used mac

    Great Mac at a Great Price. I bought this used, and it came in exactly as they had it posted. Everything worked great, and I appreciate them being up front with the minor flaws in the computer (Stand hinge and slight screen issue in corner.) It was a great purchase, and I would recommend buying from these guys.
