Absolutely ripped the fur off carpet/rugs. The cord separates from the extension cord very very readily. Will use a yellow cord retainer in future. Pretty heavy so gives your lower back a work-out. Too bulky to go under furniture but I have my old vacuum for that if necessary. I cannot fault this for the price and service. Love how it cuts the fur fibres. "If the head gets blocked, just keep vacuuming".

Great value fast delivery. Recommend this seller.
