Absolute nightmare of a product. Took ages to install due to poor instruction, straps and plastics are like an impossible puzzle to work out fitting it to the car was just as troublesome, taking over an hour.. When it was refitted after a short break away, the screw sheared and had to bodge to try to get the bikes home. Never been so stressed with an item. Will now be taking to be recycled. Very disappointed
