Tea in bags tastes flat or bitter to me now, perhaps because I am older. I ordered this tea to make both hot and cold tea, and it is excellent. It has a smooth yet robust flavor, and I would guess is much healthier than bagged tea. And a little goes a long way, so the price is not prohibitive. Great product. Love it.

Bait & switch! Seller did not send me the product I purchased as shown in this listing. I specifically bought this for the old style tin shown in their picture but they sent me the new style that I could have gotten directly from Harney. I contacted them about this and went back & forth in messages with the seller for a week but they wouldn’t do anything to make it right. Clearly they have no intention of selling the product shown in the listing - very disappointed by their lack of integrity!

Buyer received 4 oz Harney Holiday tea. EXACTLY what they ordered for tea. The label AND label only was updated by the manufacturer. If that label was still available, the tea would be expired. It is a STOCK photo that hasn't been updated at this point by ebay or harney. I would not be allowed to see an expired tea for OBVIOUS reasons.
