The infrared heater and the controller unit were packaged separately and both arrived within two days of each other.I have mounted the unit on a wall, and I turned it on to experience for the first time what it is like. Okay, it’s quite unlike the kind of heating I have grown up with such as natural gas, and convection/radiator type heaters.I like this! it feels more natural, like when I am in a sunny spot outdoors…I am unsure how to program the controller.Thanks again.

All OK, well packed for delivery and fast delivery, a lot of sellers should follow this sellers great service instead of them skimping on packaging and delivery.
In terms of the heater it does what the sellers description says. My only thought is that it would be nice to have an intergrated thermostat. But that might not work so well as the heater heats up fast and becomes hot at about 95 degrees.
