    I'm sure these work if they don't have corroded battery terminals.

    The unit I received had corroded battery terminals. Despite the listing stating that they are easy to clean, the electrical connections did not work after applying vinegar, 40% acetic acid, or DeoxIT. I suspect the corrosion went inside the wires and followed them back to the battery. Don't believe the poster when they say that all it needs is a little cleaning.
