I want to start with saying we are sorry this transactions didn't work out. We did on April 7th 2022 send you a return label and it shows right in eBay that we did so. We also explained that the benwill lift parts breakdown only showed the cable you ordered yourself that was wrong and had to pay shipping on and the second cable which was what we suggested based on the equipment breakdown which we paid shipping on. Sorry again.
