From the set of three 4x6 glass replacements I ordered, only one was in good condition, no damage at all; the other two have chips off edges & definitely not "New" or "undamaged" as described in condition. There were no glass chips in package -- indicating the damage was prior to shipment. I contacted dealer & reported this & waited a week hoping to receive a reply & partial refund but none came. Very disappointed with this dealer and will not do business with again ! !

I received a message from the buyer that she was unhappy with the glass. I used respond to I tell her to ask eBay for a return. The glass is new as I received it from the vendor. The tiny nicks at the edge off the glass do not show in a picture frame. The cost of the glass to the buyer was $3.25 which is very low and I would have been happy to refund her for the 2 pieces she didn't like. Negative feedback is not warrented.
