Exactly identical to original factory installed.
After watching Youtube, I decided to fix the my window by myself considering the car is an old (but low mileage) 98 Honda Civic EX coupe that is worth close to nothing. I have never done any mechanical work in my life and yet this part comes so easy to do. Highly recommended. Packaging is the only negative. The box opened that Fedex people put a note on my door that packaging opened and parts maybe missing.
