    Replacement Storm Door Handle

    When our older storm door handle failed to lock, I was concerned we wouldn't be able to get a replacement, but sure was pleased to find one just like it that fit perfectly and is easy to install. The price is fair and item was received sooner than expected.

    Great buy

    I was looking for a replacement to a screen door handle that was jammed and locked. This handle fits just as my old one did aside from having the extra bolt at the bottom of the handle. I have a cordless drill so it was no problem to drill a small hole and add the screw. Depending on the thickness of the door you may have to cut the metal bar that goes inside the handle and moves both sides to open and close it. Can be done with a pair of decent wire cutters and has notches so you can cut it to the right length you need. I messed up the spring so I may have to order another but I will if I have to. The parts are actually metal instead of plastic.

It would had been nice if included the actual item measurements in the description so it could help to better make a decision. The handle itself is made of good quality metal, the inside bar is metal as well.

    Top notch product!

    I ordered this as a replacement for a broken storm door handle of similar tie-down design, and thus installation holes were already good to go. This only took me a couple of minutes to install, and it functions absolutely beautifully. If you need a replacement tie-down storm door handle, you can't go wrong with this item, and it's worth every penny.

    Just what I needed

    Couldn't find this replacement handle in stores and the old one was broken to bits. Had to adjust length of the button "pin" with a bolt cutter, but worked perfectly after that.
