Hello, I received my umbrellas this morning and unfortunately, both handles are broken. I'm uncertain about the courier company, but the extent of damage suggests rough handling of the goods. I only removed the plastic at the top because I noticed pieces when retrieving it from my garden bed, where it was tossed. I cannot use these broken umbrellas. Would you like them back as I would like a full refund if not a replacement please.
