This film adaptation of GREASE is the zippy smash hit translation from the Broadway musical tribute to the fabulous 1950s. As a new school year begins, wholesome Australian exchange student Sandy (pop star Olivia Newton-John) and duck-tailed, leather-jacketed Danny (John Travolta) parlay their summertime romance into an on-and-off attraction that may or may not cross clique lines. "CD" in title doesn't say that it is a Megamix CD SINGLE.
CD included is a "Megamix CD Single with" a medley of just 3 songs, "You're The One That I Want, Greased Lightning & Summer Nights". Total of just 4 min 52 sec of music. Thought the CD had all the songs from the movie.

Grease is a great movie. It has an exceptional cast with John Travolta (post- Vinnie Barbarino), Olivia Newton John (pre- Let's Get Physical)Jeff Conway (pre- Taxi and Celebrity Fit Club) Although they developed in the 70's--it's cool watching them in High School. In fact it is one of the top ten best High School movies made. This is a musical and the songs are fun--Beauty School dropout, Look At Me i'm Sandra Dee, Stranded at the Drive-In... It's a blast from the past!Grease is a great movie. Great movie!
Grease is a great fun movie to watch. Great songs that make you just want to get up and dance to and the acting is great. A story of high school students and the group of people they hang out with. A fun movie with a romance in the making. Makes you remember the good old years of high school.

GREASE VHS Movie
I bought this video because the ads for the new show "You're the one that I want" were playing and my grandson was loving the song. We have watched the video about 6 times already and it is so much fun - Henry grooves to the music and I still love the story and the energy of the dancing. It is just a lot of fun!

Excellent movie. The script helps understand it even better.
Having the movie to view as many times as I want is much better than renting it. Not only is it one of the best musicals that this country has provided, but it came with the "shotting script".
