The boxed phone in the photo is not the one you get. The box you get is not a real
Apple iPhone box. The 1st phone they sent didn’t work properly. The 2nd phone was blatantly not new as the ad states. The screen seemed to bulge around the home button on both. I questioned them if both were refurnished and not new as per ad. I was told they were not refurbished but ex demo. To be fair, they didn’t quibble about the return of the first or refunding me etc,but these are not new phones. Dishonest ad
