The saw is disappointing. Its overall quality is illustrated by its finish (paint made to look like powder coat?) i.e. patchy. The saw struggles with even light cuts and is woefully underpowered. I wonder if Sealy's directors are proud of the Company's products. I do understand thus saw is inexpensive but that doesn't mean it should be shoddy. I wish I'd searched for and found a used saw pre 1990s when it seems things were made to at least a reasonable standard. In short, buy cheap, buy twice.

    Excellent machine. Cuts pine/oak/teak and cedar with ease. Does come to a stop quite quickly if you push too hard so gently does it. Can cut a 30mm circle/arc in 50mm timber with supplied blade. Would suggest an extractor unit as this will keep the work area clean. I got covered!

    A great little tool with plenty of power..

    A really good small bandsaw that is idea for both modelling in thin sections of hardwoods or ripping larger pieces of timber to requirements. I really wish I had bought one years ago.
