    It fit fine. The break in the oval is where the 12 outlet fits, and the tab with the longer slot belongs toward the front of the car because it fits over 2 plastic tabs (flip over if necessary). Not exactly like OEM, but may last longer because its more flexible. Looks fine and works well. No instructions supplied, but you just gently pull straight up on the collar where the inserts go, and the whole unit will come out.
