These are DANGEROUS - they literally disintegrate . I cannot in good conscience allow this to go unreported. This is not about the seller's conduct, or the provision of the order - it is the product. See photo - this is after one light deburring pass on one side of a sheet of 3mm mild steel, I was peppered with debris from the disintegrating disk. After trying a second disk with the same results I binned the rest . Luckily, I was wearing full safety gear. No value, and dangerous.

Arrived the day before Good Friday, with broken package, half the parts and all hardware are missing witch is not useable, asked the seller to resent a new one or refund, it took ages to have reply, she/he only offered $6 which is not acceptable, and disappeared again. Very bad customer service and almost no communication. doesn’t answer any questions just sounds like talk to herself.

Item as shown. Does what is claimed. Seller uses Aramex which is fine in city. I live 200km from Sydney. Aramex had the hose from the 24th of February and it was delivered on the 18th of March.
The seller was helpful when I enquired what was happening. Local Aramex fellah write that they wait before there is a full pallet before shipping.
The seller posted promptly so I am giving them 5 stars. Aramex, not so many
