    Item as described. I was the only bidder ($5.50) which was good because the S/H fee ($7) was high for an item weighing 4 oz. and sent in a small 9x6 envelope. Had bids gone up, then I would not have been able to afford this cute top, thanks to tax ($1.33) being charged (Again!) as well. IMO - Clothing is a necessity and used clothing should not be taxed - Hear that, Uncle Sam? All and all, I’m happy I won this auction and I would do business with Angel again.
