Opening the box, the bracelet came with its own suede pouch. I have several twisted cuff bracelets and this one by far is the best. The bracelet is for a man, has more weight, doesn't feel cheap, and the tips are solid silver, unlike all the rest. The appearance is very nice sterling silver twisted cuff and I'm happy with it.

It was a delay in delivery, due to USPS delays. USP never updated the tracking info. As far as the seller concerns, they were very polite and understanding. When I emailed them about the delay, they offered me a second shipment of the item in case I would not have received it in three days. The item arrived the next day.
