Yes, item is exactly as discribed. Good seller with professional transaction. Good coordination with the delivery man. However, generator still in the box and heavy duty but I will try to put the wheels on it and test run the generator when the temperature gets warmer. great experience and I will probably buy again. I found out (after ordering - buyer beware) that the cost they charged for shipping a 25" x 25" x 25" x 69 lb. box was outrageous (over $450). I had assumed (you know what happens there) that they'd double box it to protect the CRT (hence the price just to ship). I now know the price the actually paid was between $194 to $197 to slap a label on a box and have UPS pick it up for them. Those prices were if I shipped it. Being a company I have to imagine they get far better prices. AVOID.

This buyer paid for and received the item with no issues. Shipping cost is clearly stated. AFTER they received the item they accused us of overcharging them by over $200 for shipping. Our COST (Negotiated rate) from UPS is $445.16 which we shared with the customer. They paid $450.97 for shipping and UPS Published rate is $491.60. We NEVER overcharge our customers. None of these rates take into account our cost of shipping supplies or labor. We 100% CARE & are disappointed the buyer feels slated.
