I'm very pleased with my purchase. It arrived in the mail sooner than expected. No parts were missing or damaged & all the runners were still in their sealed plastic packaging, which definitely means it was a brand new kit that wasn't opened & messed with. If I had to give any kind of suggestion for improvement, it would have to be the price of the kit itself. The shipping cost is fine in my opinion, but the product price should at least be cut down by half.

Occasional issues, but overall totally worth it
I ordered another joy con because my left one would cause my character in game to move left without me even touching it (EVERY time). It got really frustrating so i’m really glad i ordered this one, especially since lone left joy cons can be kind of expensive. Although this new one still kind of makes my character move slightly up on its own, it’s VERY rare and a total blessing compared to my last one. Joy con has a great idea and is very cool but the buttons are junk and will break and the stick will drift it's just a matter of time the buttons on every hand held Nintendo product like the DS 3DS and so on will last longer with the same usage as this Joy con

Easy repair, works perfectly.
Switched out the joystick, scrubbed the buttons and shell (the buttons were super sticky) and switched the battery for good measure. Works perfectly fine and feels great.

I like it... it works
I bought this as a replacement for the one I broke. It functions well even though the little joystick-knob-thing doesn’t always stay in place. It’s definitely better than not having one at all ... and my wallet likes that I didn’t buy new. :)
