I am giving a positive review to the seller. The lantern arrived quickly. I had an issue with the metal square sheet that fits in the roof of the lantern above the bulb and although the lantern was manufacturered elsewhere the seller handled my complaint professionally and sent a replacement sheet. Unfortunately this metal sheet was not beneficial as it is so thin it falls on to the bulb. I had a thicker piece of metal cut which does the job intended.

Very impressed with Sellers customer service! The seller noticed that the item I had purchased was damaged before packaging. I was informed straight away and I was asked if I’d like to choose anything else from their shop that costs up to £35 (original item cost £27). I ended up receiving 2 items which arrived in perfect condition and I love them. I would definitely recommend this seller, I will be buying from them again :)
