Immediately contacting the seller their rep explained that I had been sent the wrong item due to the mistake of a "new staff member". The rep told me they would send the right one immediately and that I could retain the original package. No replacement was ever sent. Un-happy I asked fora refund. They agreed but said I must pay for postage. Thus I was forced to try the one I had. It was faulty but they refused to send a replacement. DISHONEST!
