The PNY RTX A4000 video card cost me $1200 when new . You would have thought the company would have installed a capable cooler at the factory ! PNY got paid plenty to do this !
The factory cooler might perform well in a simulation but in the real world we have DUST . It's the dust that easily plug's up the factory cooler . This add on cooler is far superior in this regard .

Jellyfish/Tuna Crew - this is the item. I was getting temps above 100 C before this. It arrived with the heatsink/fan assembly, mounting hardware, and fan adapter. No instructions or thermal pate (thanks GN). Was able to install first try with my own pate. Temps afterwards are in the high 60/lo-70s C. It's not as cool as a 3060 ti or RX6800 stock, but much better than the crappy A4000 default cooling. I ordered a 2nd one and that tells me it's great. 19-days from paying to arrival.
