Phone advertised NEW but discovered straight away from packaging that something did not match.When matching S/N , found out that device was 3 years old and REFURBISHED.When contacted ,seller responded quickly blaming provider and said to return the device.The process is endless and made difficult.I asked seller to refund a small portion of the price as a false advertising...no response.I have been using the phone so far ,no issue.Everything seem to function . Do not advertise NEW !!!
