I was a Petty Officer in Vietnam and was thrilled to get this. When originally sent it was missing the web-belt lock down teeth to secure it to the end of a web-belt. upon bringing this to the Sellers attention I was offered a full refund (not what I wanted) or a replacement part from another buckle.
