    the postage time was perfect and fast I wish it just came with an owner's guide. It is easy to set up and very quick to heat up to the set temperature.

    Incubator is working fine now, I had problem with the courier. They threw the item on verandah, only reason I knew it had been delivered as I heard the bang as it landed. Knock c-clips off sides of top of bator, I had to carefully look through bag to find and reattach. Also fuse was knocked out, lucky I have owned this type of incubator for years and know about inside workings that I could fix problem.
