Seller confirmed authenticity of SNES as 'New' as advertised even though serial number on warranty in box differed to console. Placed order, upon receiving it, two of the black rubber stands had melted in transit so damaging the console. Upon further closer inspection, the console had marks/scuffs so was NOT NEW at all. Import Invoice stated item was sold as 'Used'. Seller not proactive in offering full refund. EBAY refunded me. HMRC should refund Import Fee but will lose Fed Ex Clearance Fee.

Unreal. The buyer kept the item plus a full refund and he still gives us negative feedback. Simply unbelievable. Avoid this buyer at all cost!
