This is not the product I ordered.This is the 3rd time my order has been wrong. The 1st time I order 2 cotton 6 ft rugs with hoods n I received 2 x cotton hoodlums rugs. The 2nd time I ordered 2 x 6.9 rugs both with hoods n I received 1 with a hood n one without! Now I have just opened my new 5.9 rugs I ordered 2 x cotton rugs with hoods n I received 2 x cotton rugs with hoods face n ears!!!How can you get 3 orders so badly wrong? Are you willing to fix this issue???

The issue was resolved straight away by calling and discussing the issue personally by myself. It was found that they ordered wrong items. A request to remove the feedback has been overlooked by the buyer.
