Pros: I love this vacuum, it picks up all hair from the floor, tiny dust particles and debris. The battery gives plenty of time to use, hassle free use no need to run around with cord. No need to switch vacuum head from going hard floor to carpet. Cons: its not easy to know when is the battery about to die, doesn't come nowhere near to my Miele corded vacuum in suction power. The crevice tool especially the broom head is very weak in sucking and its over priced.

Excellent product EXCEPT that wall bracket (dok) was not included. Disappointed as my previous Dyson vacs included the wall bracket (Dok) and assumed the V7 would be the same. So buyers be aware ! Dyson should include or make it clear that it's not included. Soured the overall experience 😭
