Callers say they can barely hear me and it sounds choppy. I tried relocating the external mic to the soft headliner to no avail. Seems like you can only use the internal mic anyway. Maybe they'll update it. Oh, and if you want big bass, this won't do it. The EQ offers no lower than 100 hz.
