The machine was packed better that it was when it was sold new. The seller answered a question that I had promptly and clearly. The machine is completely as described and the print quality is spot on. A friend wanted the printer as the quality was obvious so I passed it over and have ordered another more expensive machine from Savvy.

    A good work horse.

    Ordered this as a replacement. Previous identical unit was a good work horse until what looked like a fuser failure (toner not sticking to paper). Not with some sense of guilt, it seemed cheaper to replace it than to find a repair establishment to whom to send it.
