    Seller s communication said delivery would be 6 or 7 May. It did not arrive until 9th by which time I was away, just returned. Insufficient packaging for a container of liquid like this. Only one thin layer of bubble wrap inside a simple, thin, tight-fitting cardboard box. Cap was damaged (possibly by package being dropped in transit. Some of the liquid had leaked out so everything was greasy. This was a serious issue.

    Sorry that you are not satisfied with the shipping time or the packaging. Unfortunately we have no control over Auspost shipping times and how the couriers sometimes handle the packages. This is the first time it has happened in regards to a damaged 5L Dangerous Goods Container. Thanks
