I bought 3 packs of dog food, no weight mentioned in description and all photos say 2.5 kg bags, but i received 800 g bags. The seller offered refund of 25% of the total cost what makes no sense. Not recommending buying from this seller - lying in the description i.e. photos.

The auction description is correct. Unfortunately, Ebay did not read the full description about the size of the package. The customer is not telling the truth because we offered a 50% discount on the food, but the customer wants 75% and a refund of shipping costs. The customer is a liar. We are waiting for the return parcel
