I believe it was a quality item, but packing had an issue that resulted in the screen being rendered unusable. Id say partially my fault but not 100%, ribbon cables where stuck to very strong double sided tape making removing them without damage tricky. I reached out to the seller about this but a week later i haven't recieved a response. Probably not a big deal, i dont think everyone will encounter this issue. The work was amazing, and despite delays from waiting on parts and serious family and health matters, they were transparent when able and made it right by comping some of the repair for all four of my consoles. The process took from Sept 2024 to Jan 2025, and while communication could greatly improve, their care and effort won me over. I’d happily do business with them again. Packaging was perfect.
