we ordered 2,one is good,another one's fence cloth not long enough so the zipper cannot reach,i ask get a new cloth, 1st answer is if don't mind i can tie with rope,of course i mind,then keep give me refund,10% 20% 25%,looks like i want cheat money from them,i don't need refund,i only need a good cloth make fence work well to protect my baby.they also ask if i try hard to tie it and if i have more people to help,yes i did.but i don't think this item need 2 strong person to set up.

Firstly, the seller always auto-reply without any useful information, he would sorry at the very beginning and then copy and paste the previous message. Secondly, the delivery company truly bad, sending from NSW to QLD has taken almost 20 days! Thirdly, the product i bought is in not really low price but really really poor quality. The cotton inside is far less than it showed on the image, just like a big mat although the dog bed is what I bought.
