The frame which holds the headphones is quite light and very thin, which is okay as it only functions to hold the headphones. There is a static noise that comes when you connect the headphone jack to the device. I’ll still have to see how long these lasts.

Now onto the product first the packaging was OK the item shook around the box but the figure wasn't damaged in anyway overall I give the service and product a 3.75/5
