Received towel rail in post and noticed several scratches on the product. Messaged seller for a replacement but haven’t had reply after a number of days. This was an expensive towel rail and not good enough to be sold covered in scratches.

Item was not cast correctly. It cracked on bolting to the wall, a replacement was offered but they refused to send it out, I had to make a 14 hour round trip and pick it up during business hours. Very poor service

buyer tightened it to crack, to supply a free replacement for the buyer, in case of damage during the transport, asked the buyer to pick it up for safety.
