The product was received as described, and postage was a lot quicker than I expected or was quoted. Products are high quality. Exceptional service when we realised the power cord missing. We were asked to show a photo of the items received. I was given a written apology, told it would have been a manual packing error made by them, and a replacement would be sent straight out. It also arrived very quickly.
