I have never dealt with a more vile human being in the more than 7000 customers I have had on ebay. These item where shipped 2 days after purchase. He wrote me and said they were 7 days past the estimated arrival date. I asked him how can it be 7 days late when you ordered it 6 days ago, and he threw a hissy fit and took the bad customer service route. This feed back is truly retaliatory for making him feel dumb. He is so disappointed with the craftmanship, he kept all 4 heads he ordered.
