Box is completely covered in water damage within all the bubble wrap. The light bulb clearly did not work when plugged in. Definitely not new

Soo Wrong. Customer purchased 1 new lamp. We sent out 2 lamps. 1 new in perfect condition as seen in the background of the customers posted photo &1 free extra lamp that the customer is complaining about. Yes it is not perfect but its an extra free item that was intended as a backup. Customer refuses to respond to any message we sent. Fulfilled several other orders with similar extra lamps with no ungrateful responses such as this. We have 9 new perfect lamps in stock. No reason not to send new.
