Seller stated that item would be shipped USPS Priority Mail and charged $4. However, the item was shipped Retail First Class Mail at $0.73. Delivery time increased to seven days and no tracking was available. Switching shipping methods and pocketing the difference is unethical and unacceptable! I’m pleased with the product — it was just what I needed to complete my project.

Seller offered and I paid for USPS Priority Mail shipping but downgraded to First Class in violation of eBay policy. Seller refused to compensate. Seller insisted that I return the product and provided a First Class (untracked, uninsured) return label with an address different from the one shown on her original packing slip and mailing envelope. Complying with Seller’s request, I mailed the product back. Crickets. Claim resolved in my favor after asking eBay to step in.
